MICROCAR
The collaboration with Patriarca Automobili Spa continues for the production of some four-wheel vehicle models in the L7 category with the design of the chassis and bodies.
In the case of four-wheel minicars (L7) the aim has always been to provide an urban vehicle of small dimensions but with the technical characteristics of M1 category vehicles, offering comfort and handling performance obtained thanks to the independent McPherson type suspension.
Work done : executive and construction design, production.

CHASSIS DESIGN
Experience in chassis design and engineering has matured over the years, moving from calculation and sizing methodologies based primarily on the motorsport chassis experience of B. Patriarca, owner of Patriarca Automobili Spa in the 1990s, to current CAE applications, particularly finite element analysis (FEA).
Today, chassis construction technology tends towards more innovative solutions with the use of lightweight yet resistant materials.
Aluminum is one of the most widely used metallic materials, along with composite material solidestudio is developing a chassis design that can utilize both materials in the light electric vehicle and microcar sectors.
RC SCALE MODEL SIMULATION
The tests carried out on the scale models involve the application of the similitude theory (Buckingham – Pi Theorem) by applying dimensionless systems and the scale models are usually radio-controlled and equipped with sensors and electronic analysis and control systems.
We carry out the mechanical design and assembly of the model according to the customer's requests.
WOODEN BUCK DESIGN
The wooden buck kit reproduce the "template" to develop the necessary production equipment that car manufacturers used to make the bodywork.
When still had no use of computers to design skilled craftsmen of the highest level made these wood buck, it reproduces accurately the car as it was originally a real three-dimensional drawing.
Even today, some restorers of classic car make use of the template to obtain the parts of the body that can be made in various materials: aluminum, fiberglass, steel etc.
