MICROCAR

The collaboration with Patriarca Automobili Spa continues for the production of some four-wheel vehicle models in the L7 category with the design of the chassis and bodies.

In the case of four-wheel minicars (L7) the aim has always been to provide an urban vehicle of small dimensions but with the technical characteristics of M1 category vehicles, offering comfort and handling performance obtained thanks to the independent McPherson type suspension.

Work done : executive and construction design, production.

Rome doesn't have a motorsports tradition like Modena, but its citizens have boasted illustrious names in motorsports, such as Giannini Automobili, founded by Attilio and Domenico Giannini in 1920, and Patriarca Officina, opened in the early 1930s by Rodolfo Patriarca, followed over the years by his son Bruno, who would transform it into Patriarca Automobili Spa, both of whom were tuners and builders.

Among the most famous drivers, we can mention Piero Taruffi, who raced for the most famous manufacturers, including Ferrari in the 1950s, Alfa Romeo, and Mercedes. Ignazio Giunti, who sadly died in an accident during the 1000km of Buenos Aires in Argentina in 1971, also distinguished himself in various participations in the European Tourism Car Championship and the World Championship F1 and Sport with Ferrari in the 1960s and 1970s.
