The collaboration with Patriarca Automobili Spa continues for the production of some four-wheel vehicle models in the L7 category with the design of the chassis and bodies.
In the case of four-wheel minicars (L7) the aim has always been to provide an urban vehicle of small dimensions but with the technical characteristics of M1 category vehicles, offering comfort and handling performance obtained thanks to the independent McPherson type suspension.

Design Experience
The design and production of wooden buck initially began as a proposal aimed at the world of model making and modeling, offering both assembly kits and assembled scale models starting from 1:24, 1:12, 1:8 up to 1:4 scale.
Very often, the many requests we receive also require the supply of larger scales such as 1:2 and especially 1:1 real scale, the latter suitable for the creation of body parts for vintage or historic cars or sometimes for more recent models.
The technique for creating a wooden buck involves obtaining a 3D drawing of the required model from available archives or, if unavailable, through a reverse engineering process, this involves acquiring the shape of the bodywork by digitizing the existing model using 3D scanning to obtain a point cloud.
From the 3D bodywork, various sections are obtained, which are then processed in 2D in a suitable type of file for laser cutting, to a thickness that does not compromise the quality of the material (primarily wood or fir plywood), or cut with a milling cutter for 1:2 or 1:1 scales, where the thicknesses begin to have a certain consistency and can vary from 10 to 20 mm for each section.
The material used to create 1:1 scale wooden buck can be wood, in its various workable types, plywood, or MDF (medium density fiberboard). The choice often depends on the request and the type of processing that will need to be carried out to create the bodywork parts.
