MICROCAR

The collaboration with Patriarca Automobili Spa continues for the production of some four-wheel vehicle models in the L7 category with the design of the chassis and bodies.

In the case of four-wheel minicars (L7) the aim has always been to provide an urban vehicle of small dimensions but with the technical characteristics of M1 category vehicles, offering comfort and handling performance obtained thanks to the independent McPherson type suspension.

Work done : executive and construction design, production.

URBAN eVEHICLE

A company based in England began researching this particular chassis for a category L7e urban electric vehicle. Initially, they opted for a welded tubular lattice chassis, but after various experiences and developments with polymer-based materials, they arrived at a mixed composite/aluminum chassis with parts derived from additive manufacturing, also known as 3D printing.

Work done : preliminary design , feasibility study, executive and construction design, vehicle dynamics analysis.

URBAN eVEHICLE

EVO1 - composite joints chassis

The evolution of the urban vehicle chassis with the adoption of a connection system made through nodes or joints in composite material, This chassis hypothesis has been evaluated as a feasibility study by NVN (UK)

Work done : preliminary design , feasibility study, executive and construction design.
