MICROCAR
The collaboration with Patriarca Automobili Spa continues for the production of some four-wheel vehicle models in the L7 category with the design of the chassis and bodies.
In the case of four-wheel minicars (L7) the aim has always been to provide an urban vehicle of small dimensions but with the technical characteristics of M1 category vehicles, offering comfort and handling performance obtained thanks to the independent McPherson type suspension.
Work done : executive and construction design, production.

The owner of SOLIDE Studio, Carlo Galli, began his career as a Mechanical Designer in 1983, working as an employee and freelancer in various industrial sectors and at professional engineering offices.
Vehicle design is an old passion that over time has also transformed into an opportunity for professional development, especially in the design of welded steel pipe chassis for lightweight vehicles, up to the study and development of chassis with assembly systems made with composite material components through 3D printing.
Some studies and ideas in the light three- and four-wheeled vehicles sector have been developed exclusively at the design stage but never produced as they remain within of proposals for those companies dealing with urban electric mobility.
SOLIDE Studio is currently developing an electric-powered urban light vehicle for a company based in England, with which he is also collaborating on the study of new chassis construction techniques through the production of composite material components designed for assembly of the chassis itself without the aid of welding systems but rather mechanical fastening with screws or bolts.
Professional commitment in various sectors of mechanical design has also contributed to coming into contact with large industrial groups in the automotive sector.
